Services

The rooms are available from 13.00 of arrival day and the guests are welcomed until 20.00, except exception for different agreements with the owners. On departure day the rooms have to be left free within 10.30.

Breakfast may be taken from 7.30 until 9.30 in the common hall and consists in a rich Italian buffet.

Each room is equipped with air conditioning and with a thermostat which allows to regulate independently the temperature of winter heating. There is internet WI FI connection, a flat screen television, a safe with basement, a hair dryer. Each room has got its private bathroom.

A daily room and bathroom cleaning is included in the service.

Each guest is supplied with linen for bed and bathroom.

On request, personalized or small groups guided visits are organized in museums and monumental areas in the historic centre of Brescia. The service is to be paid.

On request, a cradle or a small bed with mattress and linen, a high chair and a baby’s bottle warmer are available for little guests. In the common hall there is a fridge and a microwave oven in addition to plates and cutlery for children.

Smoking is forbidden by law in rooms and common areas.
